How to have your account on AssistFai's platform deleted.
You work for a provider or receive assistance through one
The provider is the controller for the data about you. Contact the provider; its contact details are in the privacy policy at the provider's own address. We help the provider delete what does not have to be kept by law.
You are a contact person or administrator
Email info@tizfai.com from the address on your account. We close the account and delete what is not needed. Customer agreements, invoices and accounting records are kept until the end of the seventh year after the financial year (the Swedish Bookkeeping Act).
How long does it take?
We answer within one month of receiving your request.
